1.2. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are advised not to use the services on the Platform.
2. Platform Services
2.1. Dapur Mudah provides food and beverage ordering services from registered sellers through an app.
2.2. Dapur Mudah is not responsible for the quality, safety, or suitability of the food and beverages sold by sellers on the Platform. The seller is fully responsible for the products.
3. User Account
3.1. To place orders on the Platform, Users must register and create an account. Users are responsible for ensuring that their account information is accurate and complete.
3.2. Users are fully responsible for keeping their account information, including passwords, confidential. Any activity carried out through the account is the responsibility of the User.
3.3. Dapur Mudah has the right to suspend or terminate a User’s account if there is misuse or violation of these terms.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. All product prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on promotions, delivery charges, and other factors.
4.2. Users agree to pay the full amount of any order, including delivery charges and any applicable taxes.
4.3. Payments can be made through the payment methods provided on the Platform. Dapur Mudah is not responsible for issues arising from failed transactions caused by third parties, such as financial institutions.
5. Delivery
5.1. Dapur Mudah acts as an intermediary between Users and Sellers for product delivery. Delivery times are only estimates and may vary.
5.2. Dapur Mudah is not responsible for delays, damage, or lost products during delivery. Any issues with products must be resolved directly with the Seller.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1. Once an order is confirmed, Users cannot cancel the order unless under certain conditions agreed upon by the Seller.
6.2. Dapur Mudah does not offer refunds except in specific cases where the received product is damaged or not as described on the Platform.
7. Content and Use of the Platform
7.1. Users are not allowed to use the Platform for illegal or unethical purposes.
7.2. Users cannot use the Platform to spread content containing viruses, malicious software, or materials that infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
7.3. Dapur Mudah reserves the right to terminate a User’s access to the Platform in the event of misuse.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the property of Dapur Mudah or its licensors.
8.2. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, or use any materials on the Platform without written permission from Dapur Mudah.

9.2. Dapur Mudah is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses, business interruptions, or data damage.
10. Changes to Terms
