Congratulations on receiving your first orders! Managing orders and ensuring timely delivery is key to building trust and satisfaction with your customers. Follow this simple guide to seamlessly accept orders, prepare them, and deliver goods efficiently through the Dapur Mudah app.
Step 1: Receive Order Notification
- When a customer places an order, you’ll get a real-time notification in the app.
- Go to the My Orders section from the main menu to view all incoming orders.
Step 2: Review Order Details
- Tap on the new order to check:
- Product(s) ordered
- Quantity
- Delivery method (pickup or delivery)
- Customer address (if delivery is selected)
- Confirm the order by tapping on the Accept Order button and prepare the items for fulfillment.
Step 3: Update Order Status
- Once the order is prepared, mark it as Ready for Pickup or Out for Delivery in the app.
- This notifies the customer of the order’s progress.
Step 4: Complete the Order
- After the goods are picked up or delivered, mark the order as Completed in the app.
- Encourage customers to leave feedback or a review to boost your visibility in the marketplace.
